Finelcomp products have now been type-tested with a seventh brand, as Eaton is added to the list of verified components. The test series was conducted in real customer use and included temperature temperature rise and short-circuit tests up to 4000A.
Test panels were built in collaboration with Tavlebyggern AS, Eltavler AS and Moss Automation AS, and tests were carried out at Damstra Labs in the Netherlands.
The results reinforce Finelcomp’s position as a multi-brand compatible enclosure provider. The testing also led to new layout solutions, such as simplified phase order and optimized vertical busbar connections, improving installability and safety.
